Anyone contacting us through written communication, about a change in registration, occurring up to two days before the event; we can refund your registration in full or transfer your registration to another day or event.
Anyone contacting us through written communication, about a change in registration, occurring one day before the event; we will send you, via mail to the street address used at registration, a Gift Certificate for your full registration amount.
Anyone contacting us by word of mouth or any communication received the day of the event will be considered a late cancellation and no remittance will be made.
We look forward to having you at our event and hope you don’t have to cancel; but, we do understand life happens!
